ABOUT THE POSITION
SFAB plays a key role in the circular economy by providing climate-smart and reliable energy solutions that promote sustainable community development. In this role as Product Manager for Heating/Cooling, you will be responsible for developing and improving the company's products in these areas. As a Product Manager, you will have a deep understanding of customer needs, both in residential and commercial sectors, and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly. You will ensure that the company can offer competitive and sustainable products that contribute to reduced energy consumption while maintaining profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
No two days will be the same; a selection of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop pricing levels and be responsible for calculating the profitability of products.
- Budgeting and forecasting for products as well as tracking outcomes.
- Develop long-term forecasts for delivery volumes.
- Contract negotiations with larger customers.
- Manage and develop product pricing models.
- Plan product and pricing model development from a delivery and customer perspective.
- Contact with SFAB's larger customers regarding pricing discussions, contract renegotiations, customer meetings, etc. This means you will have physical meetings and meet SFAB's major customers.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a post-secondary education in areas such as energy, energy technology, industrial economics, or similar.
- Has worked in a similar industry as a product developer, product manager, or similar where you have experience with the tasks listed in the advertisement.
- Has very good knowledge of economics as you will be dealing with pricing issues and investment decisions.
- Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel as it is used daily.
- Has a B driver's license as travel to customers is part of the job.
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
