The Service and Premises Unit is responsible for the administration's support functions in the areas of premises, IT, telephony, and janitorial services. The unit consists of about ten employees and also drives the digital development of the administration. The unit belongs to the Department of Society and Service, which is one of eight departments in the administration.

Your role
As a local manager with us, you will be responsible, together with two other managers, for managing and developing the existing premises portfolio. You will assist with knowledge, support, and service to our administrative departments and units on issues ranging from ongoing maintenance, renovations, and conversions to urgent situations that may arise. You will work proactively and suggest improvements and development of our premises. You will have close collaboration with your fellow local managers and with the administration's local strategists, as well as with the administration's larger operations, where your knowledge is a support in all local matters.
Your tasks are broad, and you will mainly work with:
- supporting operations in local issues
- developing and creating maintenance plans
- follow-up and feedback
- developing and creating routines
- negotiating, writing, and following up contracts
- writing service statements
- supporting the work with the local supply plan
Your experiences and competencies
We are looking for someone who has:
- a university degree in building technology or property management, or equivalent education that the employer, together with work experience, assesses as equivalent
- good ability to express yourself well-formulated and clearly in speech and writing in Swedish.
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience working with local and property issues
- experience working with lease negotiations.
As a local manager, you are self-driven and structured, used to managing your own time and taking responsibility for your work area. You independently drive your parts and plan and organize work effectively. You are accommodating, unpretentious, and flexible in the face of changing conditions. There are many contact points, and to be successful in the role, you need to have a good ability to collaborate both internally and with external parties. You have a high level of engagement and the ability to find solutions to arising questions.
