About the role

As a process engineer with us, you will work closely with various functions to develop and ensure sustainable future production of our electrified powertrains. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and global environment, where your experiences and perspectives play a crucial role in our success.

Your main responsibilities

• Design and optimize flows and layouts.
• Participate in the development of future products with a focus on safety, ergonomics, and quality.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute production engineering projects, from procurement to installation.
• Drive continuous improvements by challenging and developing existing processes and ways of working.

Who are you?

In addition to this, we would like you to have:

• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably with experience in project management or equipment procurement.
• Experience in industry or other technical operations is advantageous, but we also highly value strong commitment and a willingness to learn.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience from previous relevant roles.
• Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
