Your role and responsibilities

Then the role of QCS Service Engineer (Quality Control System) could be the next step for you!

In this role, you will be a key person for our customers – primarily within the Scandinavian pulp and paper industry – to produce with the highest quality and availability. You will work with service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our installed QCS systems, but also have the opportunity to develop in areas such as sensor technology, measurement technology, electronics, mechanics, and computer-based systems.

Your responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of service deliveries to customers and driving technical problem-solving, often in the field.
• Independent work combined with close collaboration in an experienced and well-functioning team.
• Travel within Sweden, Scandinavia, Poland, and other parts of Europe (up to about 100 travel days per year, with the majority occurring within Sweden).
• On-call duty approximately every 4th to 5th week.

To give you the best possible start, we offer a comprehensive introduction where you will accompany experienced colleagues to customers, get to know our technology, and build strong relationships both internally and externally. On-call duty will only be included once you feel comfortable in the role. Although the main focus is on traditional field service, we welcome your interest in developing within our digital service offerings in the long term – we are happy to help you grow as technology evolves.

Qualifications for the role

• More than three years of practical experience from the process industry, or you are a recent engineering graduate with a strong interest in the field.
• Experience with customer and supplier contacts is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of control engineering is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B)
• An innovative and analytical problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with demands for flexibility and short notice.
