About the position

In the role of maintenance engineer in electrical power, you contribute to improving and optimizing our production facilities, all to ensure that our customers receive their heating and cooling in the most resource-efficient way possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preventive maintenance and investments in our production facilities in Solna and Sundbyberg. This involves planning, procuring, preparing, executing, evaluating, and documenting revisions, investments, and maintenance work.
• Budgeting and following up on financial outcomes for maintenance and investments.
• Developing short- and long-term maintenance plans.
• Driving reinvestment projects and acting as a requirements setter for larger new investments.
• Electrical documentation and ATB (general technical regulations) as well as reviewing and accepting documentation during changes.
• Contract follow-up with our service partners.
• Acting as electrical safety leader, planning and executing shutdowns and reconnections.
• Independently and in close contact with other groups in the company, you will work on developing preventive maintenance, conducting root cause analyses, and you will be an important player in the digitalization towards Smart Maintenance.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a similar role within industrial operations.
• Has electrical education; a bachelor's degree or many years of relevant experience.
• Holds a B driver's license.
• Can express themselves well in speech and writing in Swedish.

We believe that you enjoy creating and maintaining good relationships, with contractors as well as with your colleagues. You are humble and willingly share your knowledge and skills.

Working independently and driving projects comes naturally to you, and you like to get to the bottom of things when solving problems. You need to have a structured approach as much of your tasks involve creating systematic processes in the area.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop both the business and their skills. If you have documented experience of similar tasks in power plants, heating plants, or process industries, it is an advantage; having Authorization AL (low voltage) is an extra plus.

We would also like you to have knowledge of modern maintenance theories.
