Project Manager in Sensors and Radar

We are looking for a project manager who wants to help drive our work in sensors and radar forward. With us, you will have the opportunity to use your skills where they really make a difference. About the Position

As a project manager in sensors and radar, you will work with a focus on several complex projects, one focused on maintaining the capability of existing systems and another for the further development of new solutions. In this role, you will lead engineers and other key competencies within the authority in their work, and your responsibility is to ensure that the project's milestones are achieved according to the schedule, within budget, and with agreed quality. You will work systematically with resource planning, procurement, and finance, as well as prepare and analyze project documents for decision-making. The role also involves close communication with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective processes and progress. You will also have a close dialogue with the Armed Forces to ensure that we maintain capability.

The position is based in Stockholm. Travel is required for the job.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a civil or university engineer or has equivalent skills acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent. You have several years of experience leading projects with project staff. The position requires that you have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you have current and relevant experience in the technical field of radar or sensors. We would like you to have experience in technical systems work and experience with project planning tools such as MS Project or equivalent. If you have previous experience in resource management of finance and personnel, we see it as a benefit. We view positively if you have experience in public procurement as well as negotiations. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have experience with the Armed Forces or FMV, and it is also an advantage if you have project management training.
