Working as a Junior Project Manager at Saab Aeronautics

At Saab, you will have a unique opportunity to support the maintenance and development of the Gripen system, as well as work on projects related to new equipment and licenses. You will be part of a team working on both local and international projects.

As a junior project manager, you will support senior project managers and be involved in creating solutions and documentation that are crucial for the success of the business. This role gives you proximity to both theoretical and practical aspects of technical projects.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Master's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or electrical engineering. Hardware-related technology is a plus.

Technical Interest: You have a strong interest in technology and an understanding of technical contexts.

Personality: You are confident, self-assured, and have a natural inclination to take responsibility. You thrive in an environment where you can support and learn from more senior colleagues.

Skills: You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and are comfortable working in technical environments.

Personal Attributes: We are looking for someone who is communicative and has an easy time collaborating in teams.

Being a Consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

Nexer Tech Talent specializes in giving young tech talents the ultimate start to their careers. For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at Saab Aeronautics in Linköping starting this summer. You will participate in a tailored training program that helps you develop and deepen your technical skills in areas such as AI, Cloud, and cybersecurity. You will also receive professional development in leadership and personal growth.

As a consultant, you will have a mentor at Saab as well as a consulting manager at Nexer Tech Talent who will coach and support you throughout the assignment. You will participate in joint activities such as lectures, after-work events, and lunch meetings with other consultants. After a successfully completed consulting assignment, there are good chances of being offered a position at Saab.

Location: The assignment is based in Linköping.
