The Role of Employment Officer
In your role as an employment officer and civil servant, you will constantly work based on assignments that can change and develop rapidly.
It is therefore important that you see changes and new conditions as an opportunity and want to take an active role in the development of the organization. The environment you work in is customer-intensive and places high demands on service, clarity, and the ability to structure and prioritize. The work requires you to be proactive and take your own initiatives within given frameworks and regulations. Interpreting and applying regulations, as well as informing and following up in a legally secure manner, are other important parts of the job. The work also includes documenting and administering in our IT systems.

Our Offer
The position is a special fixed-term employment from 25-05- to 01-25-06-30. The employment is part-time at 80%. Location: Luleå.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- University education of at least 180 credits/120 points or you are/have been employed as an employment officer at the Swedish Public Employment Service and are assessed to have good conditions to meet today's requirements for employment officers.
- At least two years of work experience, collectively working at least 50 percent over a total of two years.
- Very good knowledge of communicating in Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good reading comprehension.
- Driver's license (B).
Other Qualifications
You are or have been employed as an employment officer at the Swedish Public Employment Service and are assessed to have solid experience in the role of employment officer. You have very good administrative and decision-making skills. You are goal-oriented and have the ability to work result-oriented. You are communicative and attentive. You are analytical and have a good ability to plan and prioritize the right things in your work. You are calm and stable in pressured situations.
In addition to these qualifications, you have the personal ability and inclination to work in accordance with the Swedish Public Employment Service's employee principles:
