Nordisk Kompetens is looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Career Coach – 50% in Piteå

About the role:

At Nordisk Kompetens, we are currently seeking a recruitment consultant and career coach to join our team in Piteå. In this role, you will work closely with both employers and job seekers to create sustainable and successful solutions. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from understanding the client's needs, creating job advertisements, and conducting interviews to providing career advice and coaching candidates to optimize their job search. The position is part-time at 50%, and we are looking for someone based in Piteå or able to commute as needed.

Your responsibilities:

• Recruit for various client companies and industries.
• Coaching and advising candidates seeking jobs, including helping them with CVs and cover letters.
• Conduct interviews, tests, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Evaluate candidates and assist them in developing their career opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment, HR work, or career coaching.
• Is communicative and able to build trusting relationships.
• Has a genuine interest in people and their development.
• Is goal-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.
• Has a relevant education in HR, psychology, or similar (preferable).
