Recruitment Coordinator at Norrbotten Wing

Norrbotten Wing is now seeking a recruitment coordinator for a longer temporary position while the regular incumbent is on leave due to another job within the authority. The position is located within the HR department, which is part of the wing's staff. The department supports the wing and its leaders in personnel matters such as salary formation, competence supply, recruitment, and working environment.

About the Position

In the role of recruitment coordinator, you will primarily work with recruitment and competence supply issues based on the wing's short- and long-term needs. The work also includes planning and implementing recruitment communication and activities aimed at strengthening the employer brand and attracting various target groups to apply to the Armed Forces. The recruitment coordinator has close collaboration with the operations at the wing as well as regional and central partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop strategies and plans for long-term personnel and competence supply.
• Coordinate marketing and attraction efforts.
• Coordinate work with school information and conduct career information.
• Coordinate activities at F 21 focused on retaining personnel.
• Support managers in the recruitment process.
• Assist with other common HR-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Degree at the university level in personnel/HR or equivalent education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Relevant work experience in the personnel field.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of the Office package.
• Driver's license B.

DESIRABLE

• Experience with the Armed Forces' internal support systems.
• Worked in the Armed Forces or another government agency.
• Experience in project and/or coordination work.
• Experience in conducting training, lectures, and presentations.

Norrbotten Wing, F 21, is Sweden's northernmost wing. The main base is in Luleå, with secondary bases in Jokkmokk and Vidsel. F 21 continuously trains to deliver the following air operational capabilities in peace, crisis, and war:
