The Role

  • You will work with business development, maintain statistics, manage deviations and alarms, and follow up on routines, among other tasks.
  • Support employees in various business systems and applications.
  • The coordinator role with us is new and will evolve over time.
  • You will work full-time from Monday to Friday.

About Us

At Liljebacken, we have 40 apartments distributed across three departments. Two departments are focused on users with care and support for cognitive impairment. One department is focused on care and support for somatic care.

We have about 50 employees here, and we share a wonderful camaraderie. We help each other and enjoy laughter and a cheerful atmosphere. We want everyone living with us to have a good everyday life, and we ensure that activities permeate our operations.

Is This You?

We want you to:

  • have a university or college degree in health and medical care or social work, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
  • have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • be unpretentious and humble. You need to be able to take initiative and manage your own day as you assist both employees and management.
  • be service-oriented and a problem solver.
  • have digital maturity, experience using the Office suite, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.

If you have prior experience working with people, development and change work, and/or experience in establishing governing documents, it is valuable for the position and therefore meritorious.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
