Do you want to be part of a dedicated and driven team that makes a difference? We at Kompetens & Matchning are now looking for a Job Coach/Instructor for a full-time position at our offices in Uppsala!

The work takes place at several offices in Uppsala and requires a strong commitment to help participants find their place in the labor market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of business contacts and build long-term relationships to create more opportunities for our participants.
• Map and understand job seekers' profiles and strengths, especially those who are far from the labor market.
• Plan and conduct workshops, individual conversations, and company visits to support participants in their job search.
• Be a coach who motivates and provides job seekers with tools and methods to achieve their goals.
• Actively work with matching to find the best and fastest route to jobs or education.

We are looking for someone who:

• Meets the requirements of the Swedish Public Employment Service: at least 120 higher education credits in a relevant field and two years of work experience, or a corresponding combination of education and experience.
• Alternatively: At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results and three years of relevant work experience in areas such as recruitment, staffing, career guidance, personnel management, or transition work.
• Has a genuine interest in people and labor market issues and is good at seeing the potential in each individual.
• Is results-oriented, accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Is relationship-building and attentive, with the ability to create contact and trust.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
