Region Uppsala Management Office
The management office is part of Region Uppsala, one of the largest employers in Uppsala County. The management office supports the political leadership and administrations to ensure that the political direction is reflected in the various operations of Region Uppsala, allowing the region to fulfill its role both regionally and nationally. The management office is led by the regional director and has a governing, supportive, and coordinating role within Region Uppsala. The management office includes the department for economics and governance, the department for regional development, the IT department, the HR department, the health and medical care department, the information and communication department, as well as the regional director's staff.

Our Operations
Strategic Development is one of eleven units within the Health and Medical Care Department. We highlight opportunities, coordinate, support, and create conditions for the development of the overall health and medical care and dental care. We work with a holistic perspective for the benefit of our operations and the residents of Uppsala County. Digitalization and e-services are an obvious part of the development, and in our mission, we are responsible for regionally managing and further developing 1177 e-services.
Your Mission
The role of object specialist involves maintaining and further developing e-services within the management object of Resident Services e-health. You will have a particular responsibility for the e-services 1177 form service, 1177 Support and Treatment, and 1177 Self-sample Management. Your mission includes contacting and supporting both our operations and residents. You will also be in contact with external actors. You will handle cases and drive smaller further development assignments/projects. You will also participate in planning the introduction of new e-services, informing and educating the organization to increase knowledge and usage of digital services. An important part of your work is also to contribute to maintaining and further developing the object's processes and working methods as well as documentation such as guidelines and manuals.
Your Qualifications
You have a university degree in healthcare, e-health, communication, or another relevant education for the position. It is an advantage if you have experience working according to the management model Pm3 and knowledge of Projektil as a project model, as well as experience with the “service design” model as a method for operational development.
Your Competence
You have good experience working in health and medical care operations and being the “bridge” between residents and operations. You are well acquainted with 1177.se and have experience working with 1177 e-services. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the e-services Support and Treatment, Form Service, and Self-sample Management.
As a person, you have good collaboration skills, are service-oriented, and solution-focused. You are attentive and responsible and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You are also a good administrator and writer and have experience speaking in front of larger groups.
We Offer
We offer you a permanent position at 100 percent. You will work in the Strategic Development unit within the Health and Medical Care Department alongside friendly and competent colleagues. The work is scheduled for weekdays during the day. We apply a flexible working method where remote work is an option if the work allows. The workplace is located at Region Uppsala's management office at Storgatan 27 in Uppsala, near Uppsala travel center. Start date is to be agreed upon.
