HR System Specialist
Gamla Uppsala Buss is undergoing a digital transformation where we are now taking the step to implement our first HR system. Our HR processes have so far been managed manually, but as the business changes, we see a need to streamline and quality assure our HR work.
We are now looking for an experienced HR System Specialist who can lead our efforts to identify and structure our HR processes and implement the HR system. The assignment is 50% for 6 months starting this fall. You will work in an engaged team consisting of an HR manager, HR specialist, and HR generalist.
We also welcome those working as subcontractors to apply for the position.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation work of the procured HR system
- Structure and improve processes to ensure a smooth introduction
- Act as an advisor on HR digitalization issues
- Maintain ongoing contact with the supplier and other internal departments in the implementation project
Your Profile
- University degree in HR or IT, or equivalent competence deemed relevant by the employer
- At least 5 years of experience related to the development of HR systems and HR processes
- Documented experience in leading the implementation of HR systems
- Technically skilled with an understanding of system integrations and data management
- Good knowledge of the various areas of the HR function
- Analytical and structured with the ability to see the big picture
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience working within a public authority is an advantage
Personal Qualities
We see that you are a structured project manager with a technical interest. You are self-driven and responsible with a proactive and consultative approach. Your strong communication skills enable you to drive the project in a pedagogical manner and engage various stakeholders in the organization.
You are solution-oriented with great drive and ensure that tasks are completed. You take ownership of your assignments and have the ability to work strategically while managing practical details. In your role, you will need to balance technical aspects with the needs of the business, which requires good collaboration skills and flexibility.
