Job Responsibilities In the role of Accountant at our Uppsala office, you will have a significant role with great opportunities to take responsibility and make an impact. You will have the chance to work broadly with the more advanced parts of the accounting flow while supporting and guiding junior colleagues in their development.

You will work with everything from year-end reports and annual accounts to reporting and tax advisory. Through your work, you will gain a deep understanding of our clients' financial flows and play an important role in ensuring high quality in all our accounting services.

You will, for example:

• Be the project manager for certain larger companies
• Prepare year-end reports, annual accounts, and financial statements
• Conduct some ongoing accounting
• Provide advisory and strategic guidance to clients

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, you are a flexible, meticulous, and responsible person. You have a collaborative working style and enjoy working in a smaller, close-knit team. You are communicative, social, and enjoy client contact. Additionally, you have a natural mentoring ability and find it both developing and rewarding to support and guide junior colleagues in their professional development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 4 years of experience working with accounting in K2 regulations
• Has a post-secondary education in economics
• Has previously worked at an accounting or auditing firm
• Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English

It is an extra merit if you:

• Are an authorized accountant
• Have experience with K3 regulations
• Have experience with the systems Fortnox, Hogia, or Capego
