We are looking for a meticulous and structured warranty administrator who wants to be part of a well-established and authorized car dealership. You will be a key player in our team and responsible for ensuring that warranty cases are handled correctly and efficiently.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Administer and process warranty cases to ensure that all requirements and guidelines are followed
• Review technical documentation to ensure correct warranty management
• Collaborate with workshops, dealers, and manufacturers on technical issues
• Follow up on warranty claims and drive cases forward effectively
• Contribute to the development of warranty processes to optimize workflows and customer satisfaction

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience in warranty handling or warranty administration within the automotive industry
• A good technical understanding of vehicles and repairs
• Administrative experience and skill in working systematically with details
• Good IT skills and experience working in business or warranty systems
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
