Nordisk Kompetens is a growing recruitment and transition provider.

We now need to strengthen our expertise across Sweden with some experienced consultants in the service RUSTA OCH MATCHA and other services.

Nordisk Kompetens has framework agreements in transition with the Public Employment Service RUSTA OCH MATCHA, Trygghetsstiftelsen TSn, Trygghetsfonden TSL, Sobona (formerly KFS), TRS, CIKO, and several private actors and municipalities.

Nordisk Kompetens also works with Staffing and Recruitment and has agreements with several private actors.

We are triple certified by Almega in transition, staffing, recruitment, and use tools such as JTI, Matrigma, Ascend, MAPX, MAP, AON, Match V, MINT.

Work experience

• Must have: It is not just digital delivery, therefore it is required that you are present on site.

• Desirable qualifications:
• Transition or coaching
• Experience in recruitment
• Academic education of at least 3 years - in behavioral science/human resources and labor/sociology, study and career guidance or similar, as well as a one-year post-secondary education
• Personal qualities: To thrive in the role, you are someone who is used to independently driving your work forward. You are a trustworthy person with a good ability to inspire, support, and motivate your surroundings. You are stimulated by working independently in a results-oriented organization. You have a good understanding of the labor market and knowledge of other functions in society such as the Public Employment Service, unemployment insurance, AGB, and CSN.

In the role of subcontractor, you will work consultatively to coach, recruit, support, and guide individuals in various transition, career, and change issues.

Your assignment primarily targets individuals but can also be for organizations, groups, and managers.

We are looking for you who are an experienced coach or recruiter and can start shortly, with our service RUSTA OCH MATCHA in your own business.

As a self-employed person/subcontractor, you must have a F-tax certificate. We also offer to work with our other assignments in transition and recruitment.
