AxÖ Consulting is now looking for a business developer for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Karlskoga. Here you will have the chance to work closely with both development and production as well as management – and help shape the structures behind an advanced and high-tech product.

What is the assignment about?

Our client is in an exciting development phase where more efficient working methods and clearer structures are high on the agenda. In your role, you will be driving the work to establish a product structure and improve collaboration between central parts of the organization – such as product organization, project office, marketing, development, production, and purchasing.

You will work physically on-site in Karlskoga and become an important player in a cross-functional team where knowledge exchange and joint development are in focus. The goal? To increase transparency, efficiency, and collaboration – and do it together.

Your contribution

You will be the one guiding the organization from the current state to the desired state. This means you will analyze, propose, and implement new working methods, coach managers and teams, and ensure that the changes really make a difference in everyday life. You will also collaborate with other agile coaches to ensure that the change takes hold and works in practice.

Who are you?

To succeed in the assignment, we believe you have:

• Solid experience in change management in large and complex organizations.
• Very good knowledge of agile working methods.
• The ability to translate analysis into concrete plans – and communicate them at all levels of an organization.
• A natural ability to build trust and engage people in change.
