We are looking for an engaged and experienced Production Controller for two different units at a company located in Örebro or Norrköping within the district heating operations. Start as soon as possible, 5-month assignment to begin with, with the possibility of extension afterwards.

You will be placed within the finance department but work closely with the production team, giving you a unique insight and opportunity to influence the entire chain from production to finance.

Assignment:

As a Production Controller, you will have overall responsibility for closing accounts, analyses, and reporting related to production within district heating. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that costs and results for production meet set goals and expectations. Your work will include:

Responsibility for preparing and following up monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Conducting in-depth analyses of production costs and results.

Creating and communicating reports to support decision-making.

Contributing insights and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency within production.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure that financial and operational goals are met.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of work experience in similar roles within finance, preferably from manufacturing or process industry.
• Experience working with closing accounts, financial analyses, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working independently.
• Good knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP and Qlik Sense.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams, with a strong business mindset.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with different parts of the organization.

This role requires fluent knowledge of Swedish.

This is a full-time consulting assignment via Incluso in Örebro or Norrköping. Start is as soon as possible and the assignment is time-limited to 5 months to begin with, with the possibility of extension afterwards. The role requires 100% on-site work in Örebro or Norrköping.
