About Euromaint

Euromaint provides qualified technical maintenance that meets customers' needs for well-functioning vehicle fleets. We have a network of workshops from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. Many of Sweden's leading specialists in railway vehicle maintenance work with us. Euromaint has a turnover of approximately 1.9 billion and about 1000 employees (2024). Euromaint has been owned by the publicly listed Spanish train manufacturer CAF since July 2019.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at EuroMaint, you will be a key person in attracting, recruiting, and developing the right competencies for the business. You will work closely with managers and other HR colleagues to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment process – while contributing to a strong employer brand. The talent team consists of two Talent Acquisition Partners and works closely with the HRBP team. In this role, you will support your own business area together with an HRBP.

In addition to recruitment, you will also be involved in the development of our employee surveys and initiatives to promote team and group development. The role is based in Örebro and reports to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. Some business travel is expected.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Drive, administer, and be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from job profile to hiring (international recruitments may occur occasionally)
  • Provide advice to managers and support in the choice of methods, selection, and decision-making
  • Deliver a first-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Actively work with and further develop our systems and processes – especially in SuccessFactors
  • Contribute market and candidate information as well as data to develop the recruitment strategy
  • Participate in external contexts such as fairs, school, and career events
  • Coordinate and develop the onboarding process in collaboration with managers
  • Contribute to the work with employee surveys and analyze results to drive improvement
  • Lead and facilitate initiatives related to group development and team building

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to recruitment, people, and development. You have a good understanding of the entire recruitment chain and enjoy working closely with the business.

We believe you have:

  • A degree in HR, for example, personnel science
  • At least 2 years of experience leading recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Experience working in recruitment systems, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Good experience working with data-driven recruitment and consulting
  • Preferred if you are certified in personality and skill tests (preferably Master)
  • Interest in development work within processes, systems, and team dynamics
  • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, as we are a multicultural company with multilingual managers and employees

You are structured, self-driven, and have a solution-oriented mindset. You enjoy collaborating, have a sensitivity in dialogue with others, and are confident in your ability to provide feedback when needed.
