The Assignment

We are now looking for a structured and responsible administrator for our client in Örebro. It is a small company with a warehouse, customer reception, and planning where you will play a central role in creating order in systems and storage areas. As a warehouse administrator, your primary work will consist of being responsible for the daily administration of the warehouse, but also being ready to jump in and support colleagues in operations when needed.

• Inventory and warehouse optimization
• Register incoming and outgoing deliveries in the business system
• Follow up on orders and deliveries as well as invoicing
• Operational support in the warehouse when needed
• Receive customers on-site and manage customer communication via phone and email

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in warehousing, production, or construction as well as some type of administration - you are a person who enjoys both working behind the screen and out in the warehouse. You need to be responsible, independent, and structured, and we also appreciate if you are innovative in finding quick and effective solutions.

You need to be able to communicate well in both spoken and written form, in both Swedish and English. Good computer skills are a requirement.

This is a rental through Libera with the possibility of takeover by the client.
