We are looking for engaged and experienced Production Controllers for our client's two units in Örebro and Norrköping, operating in the district heating sector. You will belong to the finance department but work closely with the production team, providing you with a valuable opportunity to gain a holistic perspective and influence the process from production to finance. As a Production Controller, you will have overall responsibility for closing accounts, analyses, and reporting related to district heating production. You will collaborate closely with the production team to ensure that costs and results align with set goals and expectations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. • Conduct in-depth analyses of production costs and results. • Create and present reports as a basis for decision-making. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency within production. • Work together with other departments to achieve both financial and operational goals. Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in similar financial roles, preferably within manufacturing or process industries. • Experience in closing accounts, financial analyses, and reporting. • Well-developed analytical skills and accustomed to working independently. • Good knowledge of financial systems, with experience in SAP and Qlik Sense being an advantage. • Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a strong business-oriented focus. • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with various parts of the organization. • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
