About the position

As a Contract Manager, you will support the rest of the business commercially and manage quotes/contracts during sales/marketing and project implementation. Reporting regarding the commercial aspects, primarily to the company's management and to some extent also to the company's owners, may be included in the position.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Establishing and preparing quotes.
• Actively participating in customer meetings, contract negotiations, and contract writing.
• Reviewing contract terms, preparing negotiations, and being responsible for the commercial aspects during contract negotiations.
• Creating and maintaining customer orders and billing plans.
• Ensuring compliance with entered contracts.
• Acting as a contact point towards customers/partners.

The position may require approximately 5-7 trips per year, both within and outside Sweden.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an academic education in law, marketing, or economics. You may also have a technical education but with an interest and experience in commercial issues. We want you to have worked for a couple of years and gained relevant professional experience, preferably in the commercial area.

You need to have good knowledge of the Office suite as well as very good knowledge of Swedish and the corporate language English, both spoken and written, as this is a prerequisite for success in the position. Experience working in the SAP business system and knowledge of export control legislation is an advantage. Previous experience in working with quotes, contract terms, and/or customer contacts is also advantageous.

As a person, you are independent, responsible, structured, and communicative. You are characterized by personal maturity - radiating security, stability, and the ability to adapt communication to the current situation. Likewise, you can express your own positions based on your role even if they do not coincide with others' opinions. The work also requires you to have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in projects.
