Tybble Health Center is located in the east of Örebro. Our catchment area consists of both a university and residential areas as well as rural areas, which means varied patient work. We are currently a close-knit team of about 60 people, where everyone plays an important role. Our work philosophy includes flexibility and an open atmosphere. Tybble Health Center is divided into two units; one on Forskarvägen where we have our BVC and MVC operations and the psychosocial team. The other unit is what we call the Health Center and is located on Sörbyängsvägen. Both of these units have newly renovated pleasant premises.

Medical Administrative Officer, Tybble Health Center
Job Responsibilities
There are a total of seven medical administrative officers working at Tybble Health Center, and you will be part of this group. The tasks mainly include medical documentation, patient administration, mail handling, reception work, and other administrative tasks. The work with us is varied and stimulating as we work according to a rolling schedule. Together with the other medical administrative officers, you will develop and distribute the work for the administrative group.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an approved education as a medical administrative officer or equivalent. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and good computer skills. You have a high level of service and find it easy to create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Contributing to the development of the organization is seen as a natural part of your work. Personal qualities that we value include teamwork ability, initiative and responsibility, quality thinking, and flexibility. Previous experience as a medical administrative officer is considered an advantage.
