Are you looking for your next challenge as a Consultant Manager in Örebro? We at Rekryteringsgruppen are now seeking a Consultant Manager to become part of our startup and help lead the development of our team in the Örebro region!

As a Consultant Manager with us, you will play a central role in supporting our clients and matching the right skills with the right assignments. You will work closely with both clients and employees to ensure successful collaborations and high customer and employee satisfaction. We believe that our employees are our most important resource and the reason our clients continue to work with us over the years.

Primary responsibilities as a Consultant Manager in Örebro

• Identify and develop business opportunities with our existing and new clients.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants to ensure high performance and well-being.
• Create and maintain good relationships with clients and prospects.
• Ensure that our consultants are matched to the right assignments and receive necessary support.
• Handle administrative tasks related to personnel and client management.

Experience and qualifications for Consultant Managers

• Experience in personnel management or recruitment is an advantage.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and understand client needs, preferably with a willingness to work in sales.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.

• Full-time position with working hours primarily Monday to Friday.
