Summer Job as a Receptionist at Vivida

Do you want to work as a receptionist with us from July 7 to August 8, and approximately 20 hours during week 27 for training? We are looking for someone studying in the HR field at Örebro University, a vocational college, or equivalent level remotely, as we will be able to offer part-time work after the summer in reception, HR, etc.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain work experience and open up a possibility for a permanent job after completing your studies!

The summer position is 100% with placement at Vivida's office in Ladugårdsängen, Örebro. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with lunch from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.

After the summer, we expect you to be willing to work extra in the reception and at the office during peak times or when regular staff are absent. The workload, hours, and tasks will vary; some periods may involve one workday per week, while others may involve one day per month.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for Vivida's reception, switchboard, and some kitchen tasks. Responsibilities include receiving and connecting incoming calls, welcoming visitors, sorting mail, booking travel and hotels, preparing coffee and tea, keeping the kitchens tidy regarding dishwashers and handling household waste, managing certain administrative tasks, and generally supporting office duties.

Other tasks will include supporting our assistance managers primarily in recruitment and staffing of personal assistants and handling common administrative tasks, as well as being a support for the office when needed.

It is a requirement that you are studying in the HR field at Örebro University, a vocational college, or equivalent level remotely, and are residing in Örebro or the surrounding area.
