About the Job

Are you an economist with a strong interest in society? With us, you will belong to one of four sections in a data collection unit in Örebro, where we provide data and contribute to the development of a common data management process that is efficient and secure.

Our mission is to collect and review data that forms the basis for political decisions and governance in Sweden. Your main tasks will involve working in statistical production in one or more surveys for collecting economic data from companies. This includes administering collections and managing contacts with data providers. In one of the surveys, you will also review incoming data from companies in a complex context.

About You

We require that you have:

• a degree in economics
• at least 15 credits in statistics
• good knowledge of the Office suite
• the ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

It is an advantage if you also have:

• knowledge of direct data collection
• experience working with statistical production and data collection.
• the ability to express yourself well in spoken and written English

This position is in the Economic Statistics section in Örebro, Åkullegatan 14.

The employment is temporary from June 9 to August 15.

This position is security classified, so we will conduct a security review with a background check before making a hiring decision.
