The health center has about 55 employees in various professional groups, and there are good opportunities to get to know colleagues across all professions, both within the health center and between other health centers in the west, as well as the hospital and municipality, as collaboration is both desirable and necessary. Baggängen Health Center is characterized by a wide range of patient groups and good teamwork with other professional groups. There are a total of five medical administrative officers working at Baggängen Health Center, and you will be part of this group. The job responsibilities mainly include medical documentation, patient administration, introduction and training for new staff and students, mail handling, cash and reception work, as well as other administrative tasks. Working with us is varied and stimulating as we work according to a rotating schedule. Together with the other medical administrative officers, you will develop and distribute the work for the administrative group.

We are looking for someone who has an approved education as a medical administrative officer or equivalent. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and good computer skills. You have a high level of service and easily create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Personal qualities that we value include teamwork ability, initiative and responsibility, quality thinking, and flexibility. Previous experience as a medical administrative officer is considered an advantage. For both patients and employees, we value an open and positive attitude, naturally with the patient at the center.
