About the position

In this position, you will work in the development department for functional support and will closely collaborate with SAS (social responsible coordinator). Initially, this position will focus on conducting investigations according to Lex Sarah and providing support to the operations in their quality work related to deviations. You will also work with processes, routines, and other development work. This requires that you have good knowledge of relevant legislation and are used to relying on legislation and regulations in your work, as you will also support the operations in their quality work. The position means that you will work independently and together with other colleagues and units within and outside the municipality as needed.

Examples of tasks:

  • investigate, analyze, and prepare documentation as well as follow up on results
  • develop and update guidelines and routines for quality work
  • provide support in development and quality work for the operations and conduct operational follow-ups
  • lead and drive assignments and development work

About the workplace

At the development unit, which belongs to the social administration, you will be welcomed by planners, business developers, educators, unit managers, and a development manager. The unit is located in new and fresh premises at Åbylunden 1.

Qualifications

As a business developer, we see that you have very good collaboration skills. You should be clear in your communication with the stakeholders you will be in contact with and have the ability to instill confidence in the operations. The tasks will place high demands on order, structure, and relationship-building. Since the position involves many points of contact and requires documentation, a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is required.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:

  • academic degree of at least 180 credits with a focus on social work or other education that the employer considers relevant
  • experience in working with quality issues within the field of disability, care, and/or health care
  • valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

  • previous experience in working with investigations and deviation management
  • previous experience in working with management systems for systematic quality work such as processes, guidelines, and routines
  • knowledge of the legislations SoL, LSS, and HSL
  • experience of working within municipal operations
