About the Role

In the role of agile coach, you will work closely with several teams at different levels of agile practices. Your mission begins with mapping the current state to identify areas for improvement and developing a strategic plan to implement appropriate measures. You will coach the teams in their agile development and help them reach new levels of efficiency and collaboration. You thrive in a work environment where a lot is happening and no day is the same. To succeed in this role, it is important that you can see the big picture and dare to drive change when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

• Map the current state and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies for agile practices
• Coach and support teams in their agile development
• Ensure that improvement efforts are implemented and followed up
• Collaborate with different teams and functions to create a common agile culture

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as an agile coach or in a similar role
• Has a good understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Is skilled at seeing the big picture and is willing to drive change processes
• Is attentive, structured, flexible, and unpretentious
• Has strong communication skills and is proficient in both Swedish and English
