About the position

We are now looking for an engaged and meticulous project support who wants to be part of our client's team located in central Malmö. As project support, you will play an important role in our projects and assist our project managers and section managers with various administrative tasks.

Main responsibilities

• Set up new projects and manage ongoing adjustments during the project, such as adding new activities or changing prices.
• Support to project managers and section managers using IFS and Maconomy.
• Various purchases and coordination of orders.
• Assistance with staff activities and organizing internal events, hotel bookings.
• Support in connection with quotes and other documentation.

• Experience in a similar role and experience working with administrative tasks, preferably in a project environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good IT skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• It is an advantage if you have experience working in IFS or Maconomy.

Personal qualities

• Structured and meticulous with a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Service-oriented and good at communicating with both colleagues and external parties.
• Flexible and solution-oriented with a positive attitude towards changes.
