Cambio is in an exciting growth phase and is now recruiting a Financial Controller to their beautiful office in central Linköping. The role is newly established and your work will be crucial in ensuring an efficient and profitable project operation.

Main Responsibilities As a Financial Controller, you will be offered a varied, fun, and challenging role where you work closely with the business in the projects being driven. You will also support the accounts receivables team in managing project profit allocation and setting up customer contracts. Here, you will work with accounting, financial monitoring, and governance of Cambio's project operations, both at a strategic and operational level. You will be part of a finance team consisting of 14 people and report directly to Alexander, who is the Head of Finance.

• Project accounting
• Year-end work related to revenue recognition
• Financial monitoring of projects and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Reporting
• Cost follow-up and updates
• Key performance indicator monitoring
• Drive improvements in financial processes within project management

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent in finance and who has gained a couple of years of relevant work experience. Thus, we see that you applying for this position have experience in both accounting and analysis. It is advantageous if you also have experience working in a project-driven software environment, preferably internationally. You are accustomed to working in Excel but also strive to improve follow-up using new, modern financial systems. Experience with Workday and Adaptive is a plus. Your skills in both Swedish and English are good, both spoken and written.
