At Mpya Finance, we have been entrusted with managing the recruitment process for a Business Controller at Cambio – one of the leading players in e-health in the Nordic region. Cambio is working to develop innovative digital solutions for regions, municipalities, and private healthcare providers, with the goal of always improving care and creating a more sustainable society. They are now looking for a skilled controller for their beautiful office in Linköping, where you will have the opportunity to be part of a future-oriented industry with significant societal impact.

Main Responsibilities As a Business Controller, you will be part of a forward-looking finance function consisting of 14 skilled colleagues. You will work closely with the business, analyze financial flows, and identify opportunities for both development and improvement. In this role, you will work with unit managers and continuously support the management team, board, and department heads with information and decision-making support. You will report directly to Simon, who is the Head of Business Control.

• Budget and forecasting
• Reporting
• Monthly follow-up and variance analysis
• Monitoring key figures and developing new key figures
• Optimizing and driving improvements in financial flows that drive efficiency and growth

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent in finance and who has gained several years of relevant work experience in controlling. Therefore, we see that you, who are applying for this position, have experience working with reporting in a business-oriented role where both your analytical and communicative skills are valued. You are comfortable with Excel but also strive to improve follow-up using new, modern financial systems. If you have experience with Workday and Adaptive, we see that as a plus. Your skills in Swedish and English are good, both spoken and written, and we consider it an advantage if you have previously worked in an international environment.

Your positive and solution-oriented attitude is contagious, and you find it easy to communicate at different levels within the company. Furthermore, you are described as an ambitious, self-driven colleague who takes responsibility for driving your own work forward but is also keen to be a good team player and contribute to the team's common goals.
