Do you want to be part of a completely new support function for recruiting employees in healthcare and social services? This is a fantastic opportunity to help create something new from the ground up. Here you will have the chance to try new methods, influence the recruitment process, and contribute to creating sustainable recruitment processes.

We are looking for recruiters who have a coaching approach, with experience working independently, efficiently, and accurately. If you also enjoy working results-oriented in teams and have a desire to try new ideas and methods to develop and improve processes, then this is the right role for you! You will be part of a team of about seven people led by a group manager. The support function is part of the unit for competence supply within the HR department.

Our vision within the HR department is that Uppsala Municipality as an employer should be so good that others want to follow suit. We actively work to support our managers and leaders so that they can achieve their goals with their operations and succeed in their leadership and assignments.

Your Mission

As a recruiter, you support managers in recruiting employees for the healthcare and social services administration. You contribute to modern, sustainable, and innovative working methods and are involved in building a sustainable and efficient support function focused on quality in recruitment processes and a good candidate experience.

You work consultatively and based on competency-based recruitment, with the goal of creating recruitment support that meets the needs of recruiting managers and operations together with your colleagues. You work closely with recruiting managers, both through coaching and practical support in recruitment processes.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with work experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in volume recruitment within larger organizations. We would like you to have experience with competency-based recruitment. You have a degree in HR, or other education combined with relevant work experience. You are accustomed to working with digital tools, have good system knowledge, and see AI as a potential aid in recruitment. Experience working with recruitment in the public sector is an advantage. The position requires a good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are a self-driven, flexible, and responsible person who is used to working in teams and working in a structured manner. You have a natural coaching ability and enjoy creating order while being able to adapt to rapid changes. You are solution-oriented and enjoy providing support and service.

Welcome with your application!
