About the Position

We are looking for a service-oriented and dedicated on-site support for the office in Linköping. In this role, your mission is to enable an efficient and stable IT environment, which encompasses everything related to this in the workplace. This includes on-site end users and shared areas that require functionalities such as conference rooms. We are looking for someone with a good technical understanding and a desire to develop and learn new things. You are a solution-oriented person who values collaboration and has an unpretentious attitude. Furthermore, you will assist with office relocations, which may involve physically demanding work.

This is a consulting assignment. This means that you will be employed by us at Cleverex Bemanning and will spend your working days at our client's location. If everything feels good from both sides, there may be an opportunity for a direct hire.

Responsibilities

Resolve problems and support users where remote access does not work or is insufficient.
Install and deliver computers, phones, and other client-side IT hardware, ensuring that our hardware register is up to date.
Handle VIP cases, at times when we need to assist individuals who require quick and competent help within our services.
Document cases in the knowledge database and in the ticketing system for both end users and IT resources.
Work with systematic troubleshooting.
Assist your colleagues who are not physically present, for example, during major outages or security-related incidents.
Support printers and conference rooms.
Ensure that the delivery from the local on-site support is high within all areas of responsibility.

Your Profile

Completed high school diploma, preferably in technology.
You possess good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You have experience with documentation and administrative handling of IT cases.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
Experience working in a service-oriented role or with technical support is an advantage.
Experience working in a large corporation with complex IT environments is a plus.

This position requires you to be approved in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection.
