Augustenborg School currently has nine dedicated lead teachers who conduct pedagogical development at the school on behalf of the management team. As a lead teacher, you will systematically and continuously plan, follow up, and evaluate together with your teaching colleagues to ensure a high level of equivalence in teaching quality.

Under the leadership of the principal, you will create conditions for each student's best school through guidance and coordination in everyday life. In your role as a lead teacher, you will collaborate with other lead teachers to ensure a high-quality operation.

The main part of your position involves teaching grades 4–6. You will use the school's structures and methods for successful teaching.

The lead teacher works at their own workplace but also has a partially municipal/administrative overarching assignment by spreading good examples.

Qualifications

You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach theoretical subjects for grades 4–6. You should have worked as a teacher in middle school and have at least four years of teaching experience with good evaluations. It is an advantage if you have mentored colleagues or led development work. Experience working with Genre Pedagogy and SingMa mathematics is also a merit for this position.

Augustenborg School is a K-9 school in Malmö's southern inner city with about 750 students. We are a multicultural school with students and staff from all corners of the world.
