Job Description

We are now looking for an engaged person to fill the role of Placement Coordinator/Investigator, a central position in our organization with a direct impact on our collaboration with municipalities. As a Placement Coordinator, your primary task will be to actively identify and present qualified foster homes to social services. You will also work strategically to increase the number of successful foster placements by establishing and deepening relationships with municipalities. Additionally, you will work on investigating new foster homes. You will work closely with our coordination team, so it is important that you are easy to collaborate with.

Your position will be home-based, but you may also work a day a week at our office in Landskrona. Some travel is required for staff meetings and home visits to new foster homes.

We prefer that you live in Skåne.

It is important to be able to work independently, plan, set goals, and meet deadlines to ensure and streamline your work processes. The role requires order and structure, so we see that you are meticulous and methodical.

In addition to the above qualities, we desire the following competencies and knowledge:

• You have a degree in social work
• At least 2-4 years of experience working with foster care
• A valid driver's license (B) and access to your own car are required.

What you need to know

• Full-time, permanent position
• Immediate start according to agreement
• Frequent travel is required in the position, and you will work from home
• You have trust time, which means you plan your own working hours while it is expected that you will allocate some working hours in the evenings and weekends based on the best interests of the organization
