Senior Recruitment Consultant for Eskilstuna Municipality

As a senior recruitment consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and unpretentious work environment, where humor and high competence go hand in hand. You will support the municipality's managers throughout the recruitment process, from needs analysis to hiring, and be involved in developing Eskilstuna's employer brand.

The recruitment unit is the municipality's central function and is responsible for ensuring that the right person is hired for the right position. We work competency-based and have a strong focus on quality in our recruitment process. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop both in recruitment and through collaboration with other parts of the HR organization. The team consists of a unit manager, two team leaders, and around 15 recruitment consultants. We have extensive experience in recruitment and learn together and from each other.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support hiring managers by leading recruitment processes from start to finish, where you create job profiles, write job advertisements, conduct interviews and tests, and provide feedback to the manager. In this role, the focus is on recruiting managers and specialists, where psychological tests are included. You will meet managers at various levels, and to thrive in this assignment, it is important that you feel comfortable in meetings and have an understanding of the challenges that managers may face.

We also offer the opportunity to engage in other tasks based on interest, experience, and the needs of the organization, such as leading larger internal projects, participating in cross-functional collaboration teams within the HR area, or working on group development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who can clearly drive the assignments you are responsible for. You are consultative, flexible, and communicative in your working style. For us, this means that you contribute to the best possible decision-making basis for the hiring manager with courage and unpretentiousness. You have experience in recruitment, preferably of managers and specialists where you have used psychological testing tools. You have a relevant university degree or other educational background combined with experience in the relevant tasks. You have experience with various support systems and are quick to learn new things.
