ABOUT THE POSITION

Skanlog AB specializes in warehousing and distribution operations. Skanlog AB is part of the Skanlog Group, which operates in several industries, primarily beverages and white goods, e-commerce, and the automotive industry.

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced, unpretentious, and driven administrator for Skanlog AB in Eskilstuna, summer temporary position with good potential for extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personnel administration in the form of time reporting
• Invoice control
• Invoice registration
• Accounting

ABOUT YOU:

• Are unpretentious and take initiative to understand the whole
• Have logical thinking and a strong work ethic
• Communicate easily with others and seek information independently
• Work in a structured manner and follow up on your own tasks
• Enjoy solving tasks without a complete job description
• Are meticulous and can present ideas and suggestions to management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in administrative work, preferably in finance or HR

PREFERABLE:

• Previous work with cost control and time reporting
