About Us

Health Center Åsidan is located in Nyköping, close to beautiful nature and offers good commuting opportunities with easy access to the train station and the E4 highway. Approximately 50 people with a wide range of competencies work at the health center. Our work environment is open and characterized by participation, short decision-making paths, collaboration, community, and trust. We have over 12,000 registered patients and can offer a varied job where you meet patients of all ages and from different cultures.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work in a team-based manner (professionally as well as cross-professionally) to create a good work environment, a positive reception, and good accessibility for our patients. Your Responsibilities

Our administrative unit currently consists of three medical secretaries and one assistant. We need to expand our team with an additional medical secretary and are looking for someone who wants a stimulating and varied administrative job. You will work with dictation and medical record-keeping in NCS Cross, staff our secretary chat for administrative questions, manage bookings and prescription matters, be part of a cross-professional care team, call from waiting lists, administer e-services on 1177.se, handle mail and referrals, scan, protocol, and staff our reception.

Your Competence

We are looking for a trained medical secretary, medical secretary, or health administrator with good knowledge of medical terminology. You will play an important role in contacting our patients at the reception and should have a good sense of service and patient interaction. The work pace can vary, and you have the ability to shift into a higher gear when needed. You are a language enthusiast who loves to write but dislikes grammatical errors and other mistakes.

You have a cheerful demeanor, good collaboration and communication skills, and you question unnecessary work methods as a natural part of the improvement process rather than doing things out of habit. Experience with NCS Cross (or Cosmic, which Region Sörmland will switch to in autumn 2025) is an advantage but not necessary. We place great importance on personal qualities.
