We are looking for an engaged supervisor who is passionate about helping people find jobs and education.

We prefer that you live in Eskilstuna and have experience working with recruitment, coaching, and guidance.

We work on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service within the Rusta & matcha service with the goal of reducing unemployment by helping more people find jobs and education.

Aros Matching and Education currently operates in 10 locations and has its headquarters in Västerås.

We have a strong local presence and have helped many people achieve self-sufficiency.

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for planning activities and guiding job seekers to jobs and studies.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you

are passionate about helping people
are comfortable with administrative tasks
are communicative
are results-oriented
master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Requirements for the supervisor's competence

Option 1

At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college in areas such as; Working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business economics, pedagogy, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy or social work education.
At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time in the last five years (in any field).

Option 2

At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in the following profession or tasks; Leadership with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel issues, work with labor and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology, career guidance, pedagogy.
