RF-SISU Sörmland is looking for a creative and driven digital communicator who is passionate about creating engaging content. In this role, you will be part of an organization that represents the sports movement and contributes your expertise in communication. You will also have a broad and varied role with many points of contact, where you will work towards an exciting target group and be part of a team of professional and dedicated employees. You will operate throughout the district.

About the Role

As a digital communicator with us, you will have a central and operational role in the communication department of RF-SISU Sörmland. You will be responsible for creating and disseminating content that strengthens our presence in the digital landscape and builds relationships with our target audiences. Your tasks include:

• Creating, publishing, and optimizing content for social media, web, and newsletters.
• Writing inspiring texts that elevate RF-SISU Sörmland as a brand and convey our vision and values.
• Producing moving material, such as short films and reels, as well as photographing and editing images.
• On assignment, booking, visiting, and producing news from the association life in the district.

RF-SISU Sörmland represents, supports, and educates associations and federations, and our mission includes communicating their activities and challenges. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible enough to locally meet associations in the district to produce news and reports about the activities taking place.

We are looking for someone who

• Is an educated communicator or has acquired these skills through work experience.
• Is an excellent writer with experience in planning and creating engaging, target audience-specific content for various channels.
• Has experience in image and video editing, preferably with programs included in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Is accustomed to working with tools such as SiteVision, Piwik Pro, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
• Is creative, independent, and thrives in an environment where ideas become reality.
• If you have experience or engagement within the association life and sports movement, we consider it an asset, and you are welcome to describe this experience in your application.
• We place great importance on your personal qualities.

The job requires travel within the county, which means a requirement for a B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Evening and weekend work may occur.

Your Team and Workplace:

The organization has about 30 employees, and you will be part of a team of five, including three communicators, one reporter, and one IT specialist. Your position is based at our local office in Munktellarenan, Eskilstuna. We are positive about parts of your position being performed remotely, but how often will be determined together with your immediate supervisor.
