About Us

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic in Sörmland is looking for a temporary medical secretary for the outpatient clinic in Eskilstuna. We strive to provide good psychiatric specialist care to the children and adolescents of Sörmland in a timely manner. Our goal is to offer a wide range of different treatment methods and let current research guide our work. We have an open atmosphere, often laugh, and care about maintaining a good work environment. All employees should feel supported in difficult tasks and be able to turn to their colleagues for guidance and help when needed.

Your Responsibilities

Typical tasks at an outpatient clinic such as dictation, receiving patients by phone, booking and calling patients, and other administrative tasks.

Your Qualifications

You are a trained medical secretary, preferably with experience in healthcare. Experience working in an outpatient clinic is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, and stress-resistant. You need to have good social skills and enjoy providing excellent service to colleagues and patients. We believe it is important that all our patients and their relatives receive a good reception, and we expect you to contribute to that. Personal suitability is highly valued. Before the position is filled, we will request an extract from the suspicion and criminal records.

Temporary employment with start date according to agreement.
