About the position:

We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible customer service representative/order taker to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the company and play a crucial part in creating a positive customer experience. You will work with order reception, answer incoming calls/emails, and be an active part of the daily customer work.

The position is on an as-needed basis during the peak season from week 25 to week 33, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities:

• Handling via phone and email.
• Answering customer inquiries and providing support before, during, and after an order.
• Managing and following up on customer cases.
• Being the face of the company and representing it in the best way during interactions with customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• You have another main occupation of at least 50% in the form of studies or other work
• Has previous experience in customer service or similar work.
• Is solution-oriented and has a positive attitude.
• Has a high level of service and enjoys helping customers.
• Has good computer skills and preferably experience working with various systems.

Working hours:

Depending on needs, approximately 2-3 days a week between 7 AM and 4 PM.

Start date:

Immediately, starting around week 25.
