About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing internal customer support. You will work closely with various teams and manage customer cases from start to finish, with the goal of ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal customer support for technical issues, order management, and payment inquiries.
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain Management to effectively resolve customer cases.
- Collaborate with the After-Sales Service and Spare Parts team to ensure quick solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support and order management.
- Knowledge of SAP and logistics flows.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
