Job Responsibilities

In the role of customer administrator, you will be responsible for handling transfers, property division, gifts, and inheritance, as well as administration & support of Membership & Housing Savings. You will also be responsible for our HSB Representatives and our meeting pool, handling garages, parking spaces, parking permits, and premises.

The role involves providing excellent service to our customers through hospitality at the reception and handling mail, as well as training and information – both internally and to customers.

About You

Your willingness and abilities are important to us and are therefore highly valued. To thrive in the role, we believe you have the interest, desire, and ability to help others, and you are flexible in your way of conveying messages to provide the best possible service to customers.

We prefer that you have some form of previous experience with administrative tasks and customer-facing work. For this role, you need to have good IT skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite and PM.

We Offer

We offer you a full-time temporary position based at our fantastic office in Nyköping, where you will be part of a team with customer guides and system administrators. We hope for a start as soon as possible, and the temporary position runs until 2026-08-31.

As far as possible, we want to help you create a balance in life between work and leisure. We naturally have a collective agreement.
