About Us
Come and work with us at the medical clinic in Nyköping! We are looking for someone who wants a stimulating job with varied tasks and opportunities for development. In the administrative unit, you will be one of several secretaries and you will have colleagues with high competence who are interested in utilizing your experiences and knowledge.
The medical clinic is the largest clinic at Nyköping Hospital with about 200 employees distributed across six units, each with its own unit manager. We have operations in nephrology, cardiology, endocrinology, hematology, gastroenterology, neurology, and general internal medicine, including emergency care in the emergency department and acute care unit. In addition, we also have two care departments including MIMA, as well as a medical investigation and treatment department located in the outpatient clinic.
Your Tasks
As a medical secretary with us, you will work flexibly with varying tasks such as medical documentation and administration, document registration, Tele-Q, mail handling and scanning, appointment bookings, quality registrations & DRG, etc.
Your Competence
You are a trained medical secretary, have good listening comprehension, and can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. It is an advantage if you have experience with NCS Cross and Cosmic and other relevant IT systems for Region Sörmland. For us in the administrative unit, two of your guiding principles are pleasant interaction and that nothing is impossible. You should enjoy working in a structured manner and under your own responsibility while being good at planning and prioritizing daily tasks. We would like you to see opportunities and have a desire to participate in change and quality work.

Employment Type
Temporary employment with start date as agreed.
