The Nammo Group has approximately 3,500 employees and is represented in 11 countries worldwide. The business includes the development, production, and sales of high-tech defense products as well as environmentally friendly demilitarization. Nammo Sweden AB operates in four locations in Sweden and has about 500 employees. Nammo is a values-driven company, and our values Engagement, Precision, and Care permeate our entire operation. In Vingåker, we work with both Demil and ammunition production, and about 60 people have their workplace here.

Nammo's operations in Sweden are growing rapidly. Therefore, we are now expanding our HR organization with an additional HR Partner based in Vingåker. We can offer an independent and stimulating job where you will play an important role in the development of Nammo Sweden's HR operations. As an HR Partner, you will be part of the shared HR organization and build operational work for the future. The role is broad and spans all areas from recruitment, labor law, working environment to competence and organizational development and management support.

Your focus will primarily be the unit in Vingåker, but you will also support all operations in Sweden located in Karlskoga, Lindesberg, and Karlsborg. Nammo's rapid growth in a short time means that many managers are new to the organization and their roles. Therefore, an important task will be to support and strengthen the managers in their roles as employers.

Furthermore, the role includes, among other things:

• Quality assure and drive the operational HR work
• Coordinate HR work; recruitment, training initiatives, HR communication, rehabilitation, etc.
• Work with labor law and collective agreement issues
• Ensure implementation of HCM and LMS
• Participate in organizational development projects and change processes
• Engage in change and improvement processes as well as other HR-related projects within the company and internationally

You will be part of a team with five other HR colleagues, report to the HR manager, and be part of the local management team.

Additionally, you are a professional person who inspires trust and has well-founded and clear values. You should also have:

• Relevant academic education in HR
• 3-5 years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably from the manufacturing industry or from authorities such as the Armed Forces or Police
• Experience working with management support
• In-depth knowledge and interest preferably related to e.g., insurance, pension systems, labor law, recruitment
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience working in HCM systems (meritorious)
