RECRUITER WITH SALES DRIVE – BECOME THE HUB OF OUR GROWTH Are you a salesperson at heart who loves people, energy, and finding the right match? We are now looking for you to become our next recruitment star – with a focus on building the sales force of the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new salespeople, appointment setters, and sales leaders across Sweden. Your mission is to get the right people to want to join us on our journey – and feel that "this is exactly where I want to be, at Nya Energihem!"

This is a field-based and fast-paced role where you will both headhunt, interview, hire, and onboard – supported by a strong sales culture, an excellent sales school, and engaged leaders.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Recruit field salespeople, appointment setters, and leaders – all the way from first contact to signing
  • Headhunt and pitch our unique opportunity to people inside and outside the industry
  • Represent us at fairs, events, and on social media
  • Create flow – and actively work with follow-up, screening, and matching
  • Follow up and support managers in staffing needs and the growth of sales teams

LOCATION: Flexible – but you will travel a lot and often be on-site in our sales areas. A driver's license is required.
