About Us

Health Center Mariefred is a healthcare center with over 10,000 registered patients and about 45 employees. We are looking for someone who wants to work at a pleasant and well-functioning region-driven healthcare center with stable staff. We work together in multiprofessional care teams with the aim of helping our patients in the best way possible. A friendly approach and the mindset that we are here for our patients applies here. Our receptionist is retiring, and we need a replacement who enjoys meeting patients and helping them navigate the healthcare center.

Your Responsibilities

You will have primary responsibility for the reception where the main task is to receive and direct patients, manage mail and referral monitoring, image handling in PACS, handle administrative matters in our digital systems (chat and 1177), manage administrative TeleQ matters, and more. The reception is an important hub at the healthcare center and our face to the outside world.

To a lesser extent, you will also work with medical record writing via speech recognition and dictation. You will also be part of one of our multiprofessional teams at the healthcare center and be responsible for the administrative work with invitations, waiting lists, etc.

This fall, we are switching to the Cosmic medical record system, and you will be involved in ensuring a smooth transition.

Your Qualifications

You need to be a trained medical secretary with good knowledge of the Swedish language and medical terminology. It is an advantage if you have experience with NCS Cross and other relevant IT systems for Region Sörmland. If you know Cosmic, that is a plus. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities such as being service-minded, structured, and having the ability to take responsibility, initiate actions, and see the big picture.

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills, as you will be part of a team and provide support to other staff in administrative matters, be meticulous, and have a sense of good service. You have a pleasant demeanor and are focused on problem-solving.

Employment Type

Temporary employment with start date by agreement.
